Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy explains how and when your EmblemCaps order will be produced and delivered. As all our headwear is custom-made to order, timelines are measured from the point your order is finally approved and paid.
Production and Turnaround
Because every cap, beanie, bucket hat, flat cap and headband is made specifically for you, production begins only after you have approved your digital mockup and physical production sample and payment has been received. From that point, standard turnaround is approximately 10 to 21 working days, covering manufacturing, quality checks and delivery.
Timelines can vary with order size, product type and seasonal demand. If your order is time-sensitive, please tell us before you order and we will confirm whether your deadline can be met.
UK Delivery
- We ship across the United Kingdom using trusted, tracked courier services.
- Delivery costs, where applicable, are calculated and shown at checkout in pounds sterling (£).
- Once your order is dispatched, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow its progress.
- Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct. We cannot be responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address information supplied at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
You can view the status of your order at any time in your customer dashboard on our website, including approvals and shipping updates. Your dashboard is the primary record of your order; emails serve as notifications.
International Delivery
EmblemCaps is a UK-facing store, and our pricing and delivery are optimised for UK customers. We may be able to ship to selected international destinations on request. If you are ordering from outside the UK, please contact us at [email protected] before ordering so we can confirm availability, delivery times and shipping costs.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
For any international deliveries, please note that your order may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs charges levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or delivery costs. Customs procedures can also add to delivery times, which are outside our control.
Delays and Failed Deliveries
While we work hard to meet our estimated timelines, occasionally circumstances outside our control — such as courier delays, adverse weather or customs processing — may affect delivery. If a delivery fails because no one is available or the address is incorrect, the courier will usually attempt redelivery or leave collection instructions. If an order is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange redelivery, which may incur an additional shipping charge.
