All partners are bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations. We never sell, rent or trade your personal data.

7. Data Storage, Security and Retention

Your data is stored securely using access-controlled systems and encryption where appropriate. We retain data only for as long as necessary:

  • Order and financial records: normally 6 years, to meet legal and tax obligations
  • Artwork and design files: for a limited convenience period, after which they may be deleted
  • Marketing and CRM data: until you unsubscribe or request deletion

Existing customers may receive relevant service updates and offers under legitimate interest, with a clear opt-out in every message. Non-customers will only receive marketing with explicit consent. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.
