We built EmblemCaps to do one thing exceptionally well: put your logo, crest or slogan onto premium caps and hats, with the precision and care that a heritage embroidery house demands.

How It Works

We have made ordering genuinely simple, with safeguards at every step so there are no surprises:

1. Choose your hat and design. Pick your headwear style, then upload your own artwork or choose a design.
2. Receive your quote. We price your order based on your chosen product, badge and quantity, and send it back to you for review.
3. Approve a digital mockup. You see exactly how your badge will look on your chosen hat before anything is made.
4. Approve a physical sample. We produce a real production sample and send you a photo, so you can sign off on the finished quality.
5. We manufacture and ship. Once you have paid and approved, we make your order and deliver it to your door.
